AI Maturity Framework
Self-assessment tool
This self-assessment tool allows you to score your Finance function's AI maturity against the
Global CFO Network’s seven-dimension AI Maturity Framework. Answer each question in your own words; the tool then uses AI to score your responses against a fixed rubric, with a comparison to the cohort that participated in our AI in Finance research project.
Your results are plotted on a radar chart alongside the interview cohort average and the operational threshold identified in the research, so you can see at a glance where your function is ahead, in line,
or behind. Your results also feed into a running self-assessment average shown on the same chart.
Global CFO Network members who want to explore their AI maturity further can opt for an in-depth interview with our advisers, and will receive a detailed maturity report, including recommended actions, as well as a debrief with their team, in which we’ll share best practices for growing AI maturity.
For more information about our research projects, please contact one of our offices.
How we use your data
The confidentiality of your data is our priority. The responses you enter as part of this self-assessment are processed by Anthropic’s
AI models to be scored against the Global CFO Network’s AI Maturity Framework. You data will not be used to train models, and will be deleted by Anthropic after processing. Your data will be stored in our Global CFO Network database and used to calculate the
self-assessment average shown alongside your results. We will not share your responses with anyone else, and at no stage will your individual data be released. Full details of how we use your data are in our privacy policy at globalcfonetwork.com/privacy-policy.
Should you wish your data to be deleted from our systems, please contact us at info@globalcfonetwork.com.
