In this session we’ll be joined by one of the world’s most experienced speechwriters, Michael Milner-Watt, for a masterclass in good communication and storytelling. Michael has coached numerous senior executives, having been Head of Global Leadership Communications at KPMG, Head of Executive Communications at Standard Chartered Bank, and Speechwriter to the CEO at HSBC. Michael started his career as a journalist, and was Editor of Investment Banking and Capital Markets at The Banker magazine, part of the Financial Times group. Few people have written as many words for as many chief executives on as many Finance topics as Michael has.

In this session, Michael will draw on that experience to show you how to communicate with the same clarity and impact expected of a chief executive: structuring a message, choosing language that works, and turning technical detail into a narrative stakeholders will actually remember.
